About Me
I am first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ, and a man of God. I'm blessed to be a husband to my amazing wife, Lindi. My years of marriage have truly been the best of my life, and I want to help others experience the same fulfillment in marriage that I've been so fortunate to find.
I'm also a bonus dad to three incredible boys and a father to the most beautiful baby girl. Being both a bonus dad and a biological dad has taught me so much about the complexities and joys of blended families.
For the past two years, Lindi and I have been leading Divorce Care at our church. Her personal experience with divorce has sparked her passion for helping others in similar situations, and as part of a blended family myself, I understand the unique challenges that come with it.
My journey with God began when I was 8 years old, and I’ve never looked back. Growing up in a home that fostered children, I witnessed firsthand the brokenness in the world, which inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others. Though I once dreamed of becoming a pastor, I took a detour, spending 15 years in construction and as a member of a rock band. During that time, I felt called to reach people in places where many Christians wouldn’t go, and I gained invaluable life experience.
Eventually, I joined an evangelical group that toured South Africa, spreading the gospel. I worked closely with teenagers, helping them navigate the unique struggles of adolescence. This experience led me to study Theology, and it was through this journey that I discovered my passion for counseling. Now, I’m focused on guiding individuals, couples, and families toward healing, restoration, and lasting connection.

ASSESSMENT
In our first session, we’ll assess your situation and background to create a plan for the changes you want to achieve.
This will help us determine if we’re a good fit for counselling, and you should leave feeling understood and clear on the next steps.
At this point you can decide if you’d like to continue, and I’ll suggest a weekly schedule.
Feel free to ask any questions to ensure you’re comfortable.

START COUNSELLING
Sessions are 50-60 minutes and by appointment only.
I focus on building a safe, trusting relationship while addressing your concerns to develop strategies for lasting change.
We’ll regularly review progress to ensure you’re benefiting and to decide when to conclude.
It’s not my role to save you or change your circumstances, but to guide you, offer options, and equip you with tools to help yourself. You remain responsible for your own change.
